Academic Research:

Prof. Hongfu Guo has been engaged in the study of electromagnetic wavepropagation and measurement, electric field sensing and information processing techniques since 1985s, and has been in charge of or participated in 28 national and ministerial level research projects. More than 40 academic papers were published in leading journals in the field of electromagnetic field at home and abroad, and there are 6 invention patents and 6 utility model patents which have been authorized.

Highlights:

● The two self-developed equipment, portable electric field tester and electric field probe, fills the gap in these products of our country and has been used in special aircraft.

● The theory of GIS partial discharge detection of high-voltage insulating equipment has been applied to electric power equipment with high appraisal.

● The research achievement of multi-channel audio codec technology has become the industrial standard of digital audio in our country.
